Adminstrative Assistant, Benedum Foundation

The Benedum Foundation is seeking an Administrative Assistant in their downtown Pittsburgh office to provide direct support to the Foundation’s three program officers. This role requires a blend of people skills, cheerfulness, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Sr. Public Policy Communications and Engagement Associate- United Philanthropy Forum

The Sr. Public Policy Associate role at United Philanthropy Forum presents an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional with a solid understanding of public policy communications and an avid interest in grassroots advocacy. The ideal candidate has a proven track record for developing and executing public policy-related communications plans, assisting with grassroots engagement, and a keen understanding of the advocacy process.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Public Policy, the Sr. Public Policy Associate is a proactive member of the Forum Public Policy team, assisting with the development and marketing of high-quality tools, events, and processes to cultivate Forum members’ public policy capacity and inform various audiences about the Forum’s public policy work. This will include assisting with the development of education, communications, marketing and advocacy strategies for target audiences to increase the Forum’s reach and influence in public policy and advocacy. This is a full-time, exempt position and is open to remote candidates.
