Philanthropy West Virginia collects information from you when you register on the website, place an order or subscribe to newsletters.
Your information, whether public or private, will never be sold. As a membership organization, your member information is shared among member colleagues. Your contact information may also be shared with exhibitors and sponsors of programs and events. If you do not wish for your contact information to be shared, please notify us.

This information is used for billing purposes and to process your registrations. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

- To send periodic emails to members or those who request information. The email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving organization news, program announcements, member benefit information, etc.

We share information with our members and Professional Partners. This information is not used to sell products or services from other businesses.
